Holding Deposits

     You were sent an application link so you could fill in a form that we need in order to start the process of searching for accommodation.

     This is not a property to move in, it only serves us as tool to be able to give you a contractual agreement for provision of future accomodation. Your holding deposit fee is not 1€ and will be individually quote to you in a contract. This application is not a contractual agreement, instead it help us to get necessary details from you in order to start the process of future accommodation provision.

     As part of our collaboration with international agencies, including CZech-Us CZ, Your Irish Experience Ltd., and others, you've chosen to work and travel in Ireland. House in Order Ltd. is here to assist with your housing needs.

     After receiving your security deposit, we will commence the accommodation search. It's important to note that the Republic of Ireland is currently experiencing a severe housing crisis, unprecedented in comparison to other countries. With the highest rents in Europe, the situation has led to increased homelessness, affecting even those with high incomes. This disclaimer is meant to prepare you for the reality of the housing market here.

How It Works:

     Upon our agreement, you will pay a holding deposit. We will then immediately begin searching for your accommodation, aiming for you to move to Ireland within three months from the agreement date.

FAQs:

What happens to my holding deposit once you find accommodation?

    If we successfully find accommodation for you, the holding deposit will be converted into a standard security deposit, refundable unless there are breaches in the agreement or outstanding dues.

What if you can't find accommodation for me?

     Should we fail to find accommodation within the stipulated time, we offer a full refund of the deposit or an extension of the search for another three months, at your discretion.

What if I find accommodation on my own?

     The holding deposit is crucial for securing housing for those relocating to Ireland, as it contributes to the necessary finances for paying homeowners. Cancelling our agreement within the three-month period could jeopardize not only your accommodation but also that of others depending on this process. Therefore, we cannot refund the deposit if you withdraw within the agreement period.

Holding Deposit Amount:

     The holding deposit varies based on your housing preferences, typically for a bed space in a twin room, with prices ranging from €675 to €750. Single bedrooms are more expensive, ranging from €950 to €1050 per person. Should the holding deposit exceed the cost of your chosen accommodation, we will deduct the excess from your rent.
